Features of laboratory equipment vacuum drying oven:
  1. Vacuum degree control—Digital display vacuum gauge automatically controls vacuum degree, this control method is more accurate and efficient. The panel can easily control the vacuum degree within 1.0×10 --1.0×105  Pa-1 ,and every point or area within this scope. The control accuracy is ±1%. The vacuum gauge uses resistance silicon pressure sensor which guarantees the stability of the pressure valve and provides more accurate &  effective vacuum control.
  2. Heating element is on the oven’s internal shelf. Compared with the traditional vacuum drying oven, the heating time is shorter by 50% (except 6050, 6051).
  3. Thermal conductivity is fast due to high temperature oxidation resistance which could achieve min heat lost.
  4. Microcomputer temperature controller lets the temperature control be accurate and reliable.
  5. The Stalinite bulletproof double layer glass door makes the observation of  the object in the oven clear, and makes the input of inert gases to the inner oven easier.
  6. The innervpart of the oven uses stainless steel material, which is made of high quality cold-roll steel sheet surfaced with electrostatic plastic spraying.
  7. The Storage, heating, testing and drying are all done in no oxygen or filled with inert gas environment, so does not lead to oxidation.

EZZILAB combination mantles have always been the mantles of choice for repetitive extracting, refluxing, and distilling procedures in labs of the food, textile fibber, water and waste-water, petroleum, and many other industries. EZZILAB latest version offers safety and convenience never before available in a multi-place heating mantle.

Each six-place Combo is furnished with six spring-type glassware clamps, and each three-place unit contains three. The clamps hold glassware from 1 5/8” - 2” in diameter. The clamps attach to one of the horizontal support rods.
 
Two Series RL control choices are available: percentage timer or proportional voltage. The percentage-timer version pulses full-line voltage to each heating position according to the dial setting. The proportional-voltage version supplies a constant, steady-state voltage to each position. The six-place controls are actually two units that can be mounted together or separately. The cord connected controls allow placement at a convenient location for the operator
