The e-Gas FID STATION hydrogen and air generator uses the latest proton exchange membrane (PEM) technology to produce pure hydrogen. The hydrogen is ideal for use in gas chromatographic detectors such as FID, NPD, and TCD, and as a reagent gas for ELCD and HALL.

The horizontal format is designed to sit under and support the weight of your GC, optimizing bench space.  At only 17 cm high, the generator will still allow easy access to the injectors of any GC on the market. De-ionized water is automatically loaded from smart internal system tanks with a 3 litre capacity, providing up to 3000 litres of H2 before a refill is required.  The only recommended maintenance is replacement of the internal deionizing cartridge, which has been greatly simplified.

FID Station PLUS models produce an H2 flow of up to  600cc/min with a purity of 6.0, or up to 1000cc/min with a purity of 7.0. The optional zero air generator provides 1.8 l/min or 5 l/min of zero air with HC content around 0.5ppm.
